Powerlifting.  Squat, Bench, Deadlift.  Need any
more be said?
Warning:  consult a physician
before beginning any exercise
regime.  Always train with a spotter
or training partner!
Below are some pics of just a few of the Champions made using my methods.  No
program works for all lifters...Its a matter of application, individualization and
intuitiveness.

Not everyone who wins has talent, nor has a
background in lifting or sports, but everyone
who wins must WORK!  Work hard, work
consistently, work with a goal in mind.  Not
only to win, but to improve, to get better.
Bettering one's self is the key to beating
opponents.  You can't control what they do,
but you can control what you do, how you
do it.
Dre modeling the typical European
accoutrements..man-purse, camera
pouch and ID necklace.  Thankfully we
were spared from him donning some
ultra tight jeans...

cuisine...noodles and meat.  It did however

lived on for most of the trip...

Lifting at a World
Championships is an
awesome experience.
Coaching at one is too!
I've been given the duty
of being Head Coach for
the Women's Team for this
year's Jr. World
Championships in South
Africa.  Awesome!
Just remember, its not
enough to make the
team...or the trip.  Plan
on getting better and
make yourself proud.
Don't settle for being
glad to make the trip.
